A plot to rob a spoilt heiress of her jewels becomes complicated when two rival gangs accidentally commit murder. Desperation and a knee-jerk reaction turn the situation into a ransom for big bucks but will the tense and dangerous situation turn these wannabe gangsters into rich men or dead men walking? Shocking for its time, the movie became known for its strong themes of crime, violence and sex.
