Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the electronic items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for tracked delivery to our inspection facility.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
